The Dr. Sacared A. Bodison Award Fund supports awards for outstanding student volunteers or student employees at the University Health Center.
Dr. Bodison joined the University Health Center in 1979. She served the University community for nearly 35 years including ten as Director. She came back from retirement in the fall of 2019 as Interim Director and her steadfast leadership guided the University in its response to COVID-19. Dr. Bodison’s impact on the University of Maryland is profound and we are grateful for her vital service to our community.
