Martin S. Friedman '92 established the Friedman Family Student Fund in October 2019 to offset student fees and program costs associated with participating in the SIGNA program in the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. The Friedman Family aims for this fund to help neurodivergent young adults succeed at UMD and beyond.
