Steven B. Lehrer ’82 and Isabella C. Lehrer established the Lehrer Family Maryland Promise Scholarship in August 2023 under the auspices of the Clark Challenge for the Maryland Promise Program. This fund provides need-based scholarships for undergraduate students who are residents of Maryland or the District of Columbia, with preference for students in the Fischell Department of Bioengineering or the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in the A. James Clark School of Engineering.
