This is a merit-based award established by the TDPS Board of Visitors. Awards will be made through a competitive application process. Eligible candidates must have a 3.0 grade average, and candidates must be rising sophomores, juniors or seniors pursuing a bachelor of arts degree in either theatre or dance. Projects must involve career training opportunities or promote innovation in the performing arts or entertainment industries. Examples include but are not limited to performance, design, travel and research, workshop and/or summer internships, and/or professional or other discipline-related conferences.
In the coming weeks, the school will solicit more support from the BOV for this fund.
