Impact of Giving

In general, my annual gift to Maryland is to contribute back for the great and inexpensive education I received. The amount I've given since I've graduated (at least 15,000 over 15 years) is not even close to the value of the education I received. Since 2007, my gift represents a living memorial for my mother who passed away then from cancer. While not necessarily direct, maybe my gift will help a student one day find a great discovery that could change lives.

Glenn L. Martin Wind Tunnel Current-Use Scholarship in Aerospace Engineering

Joseph Rogers ’72 and Corinne “Cory” Rogers ’73 established the Glenn L. Martin Wind Tunnel Current-Use Scholarship in Aerospace Engineering in May 2024. This fund provides merit-based scholarships for undergraduate engineering students participating in the Glenn L. Martin Wind Tunnel co-op program managed by the Department of Aerospace Engineering in the A. James Clark School of Engineering.
