The Phyllis and Frank Kopen Broadcast Journalism Scholarship was established in December 2004 by Sue Kopen Katcef '76, in honor of her parents. Spendable Income from the Phyllis and Frank Kopen Broadcast Journalism Scholarship provides an annual scholarship for an outstanding broadcast journalism student in the Philip Merrill College of Journalism.
