Raj Ratnakar is Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer for DuPont. He is responsible for the evolution of DuPont’s portfolio through organic and M&A moves towards faster growing markets, building positions in critical product categories that build on their technical and material capabilities, while delivering lifetime relationships with DuPont's customers in attractive markets. He also oversees the organic strategic planning efforts across the corporation and leads capability building around commercial excellence.
Raj holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a B. Eng., Manufacturing Engineering from Bangalore University. He is proud to have established this scholarship at UMD to help students in the Mechanical Engineering Department at the Clark School of Engineering.
