Mary C. Rack established the David and Winifred "Winkle" Fulk Graduate Student Research Support Fund in March 2021 to provide summer research stipends for doctoral students. Preference is given to graduate students in any graduate program in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, or students whose area of graduate study focuses on math education. Additional preference is given to doctoral students who intend to pursue an academic career at a community college or teaching-focused institute of higher education.
