Impact of Giving

In general, my annual gift to Maryland is to contribute back for the great and inexpensive education I received. The amount I've given since I've graduated (at least 15,000 over 15 years) is not even close to the value of the education I received. Since 2007, my gift represents a living memorial for my mother who passed away then from cancer. While not necessarily direct, maybe my gift will help a student one day find a great discovery that could change lives.

Jenny T. Sih Endowed Memorial Fellowship

K. Y. Sih established the Jenny T. Sih Endowed Memorial Fellowship in May 2010 to support graduate students in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
