John Hornstein established the John Hornstein and Juline Larson MLS ’73, B.A. ’82 Maryland Promise Scholarship in December 2023 under the auspices of the Clark Challenge for the Maryland Promise Program. This fund is named in memory of Mr. Hornstein’s wife, Juline Larsen, and provides need-based scholarships for undergraduate students who are residents of Maryland or the District of Columbia.
