Impact of Giving

In general, my annual gift to Maryland is to contribute back for the great and inexpensive education I received. The amount I've given since I've graduated (at least 15,000 over 15 years) is not even close to the value of the education I received. Since 2007, my gift represents a living memorial for my mother who passed away then from cancer. While not necessarily direct, maybe my gift will help a student one day find a great discovery that could change lives.

Playwire Endowed Scholarship for Esports in University Recreation and Wellness

Jayson Dubin '98 established the Playwire Endowed Scholarship for Esports in University Recreation and Wellness in August 2022. This fund provides merit-based scholarships for undergraduate students through the Department of Recreation and Wellness in the Division of Student Affairs at the University of Maryland.
