The Robert S. and Barbara B. Couchman Maryland Promise Scholarship was established to support need-based scholarships for undergraduate students under the auspices of the Clark Challenge for the Maryland Promise Program. Scholarship recipients will be residents of the state of Maryland or the District of Columbia, with a preference for students in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the A. James Clark School of Engineering.
