J. Lawrence Witzleben established the World Music Performance Current-Use Lectureship in Music in July 2023. This fund provides support for lecturers in the School of Music in the College of Arts and Humanities at the University of Maryland for world music ensemble faculty, directors or visiting artists to teach workshops or provide master classes that expand the School of Music’s current world music ensemble activities.
