| Through his estate, Dr. John William Reed established the Dr. John William Reed Health Professions Student Support Endowment in May 2008 to support undergraduate students with demonstrated financial need in the College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences who intend to pursue an advanced degree in medicine, dentistry or veterinary medicine. The fund may also provide annual support for operating costs associated with serving students with financial need as they apply to medical, dental or veterinary schools. |
