Established in 1987, the Hugh Perkins Fellowship Fund support an annual fellowship for an outstanding student in the Institute for Child Study in the College of Education. The College of Education’s graduates go on to become outstanding educators, counselors, policy analysts, and researchers dedicated to fueling education reform around the world.
