The University of Maryland, College Park acknowledges the generous commitment of the friends of Wallace D. Loh, Ph.D., to establish an endowed scholarship through the University of Maryland College Park Foundation, Inc. This endowed fund honors the presidency of Wallace D. Loh at the University of Maryland. It will support need-based scholarships at the University of Maryland under the auspices of the Clark Challenge for the Maryland Promise Program.
