AAP/IED Scholarship Fund

Academic Achievement Programs/Intensive Educational Development (AAP/IED) began over 50 years ago with 19 students from disadvantaged backgrounds becoming the first program to enroll black students in significant numbers to the University of Maryland. AAP/IED has since grown to seven programs that serve over 2,500 low-income, first generation, and traditionally underrepresented students and has an alumni base of over 4,500. We are very proud of providing access to and success in higher education over the last 50 years.

Donations to this fund allows AAP to award scholarships to deserving students.
