The University of Maryland, College Park acknowledges the generous commitment of Craig A. Thompson and Deborah Thompson to establish the Thompson Family Current-Use Parren Mitchell Initiative Fund.
The Thompson Family Current-Use Parren Mitchell Initiative Fund will provide support for the Parren Mitchell Initiative and Symposium, including student worker stipends, internships and program needs. Funds will be administered and recipients will be selected by the chair of the Department of Sociology or his/her designee(s).
