Model UN helps students develop leadership skills and allows members to experience and understand the world's countries and their interaction within the structure of the United Nations.
Students who participate in Model UN are active in civic engagement within the global community. As part of preparing for competitions, students are exploring and debating world issues from the perspective of actual world leaders. University of Maryland students from any year, major, or college are welcome to join.
