The Levitetz Family Foundation established the Richard Finkelstein Maryland Promise Scholarship in October 2022 under the auspices of the Clark Challenge for the Maryland Promise Program. This fund provides need-based scholarships for undergraduate students who are residents of Maryland or the District of Columbia, with preference for students in the Real Estate Development Program in the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
