Sue Bredekamp ’72, M.A. ’76, Ph.D. ’85 and Joe Bredekamp ’67 established the Sue and Joe Bredekamp Current-Use Program Support Fund for the Center for Young Children in July 2023. This fund provides program support for the Center for Young Children in the College of Education.
The Center for Young Children is an inclusive laboratory and demonstration school at the University of Maryland. As a part of the College of Education since its founding in 1948, the Center for Young Children provides a high-quality early childhood program for children from 3 to 6 years of age on the College Park campus.
