The Chesapeake Professor of Physics Endowed Chair in the College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences funds new tenure track faculty hires within the Department of Physics. The fund supports faculty members who are working with students on some of today's most cutting edge physics research in more than 30 fields of physics.
