Michelangelo A. Volpi, Toni C. Cupal and Marco D. Volpi established the Pier Giorgio Perotto Endowed Professorship in June 2019. The fund was amended in July 2022 and is now known as the Volpi-Cupal Family Endowed Professorship. This fund provides annual support for a professorship in the Department of Computer Science in the College of Computer, Mathematical and Natural Sciences.
