| Tamara Lyons, family, friends and colleagues established the Brian Lyons Computer Science Endowed Scholarship, in his memory. This fund supports scholarships for an outstanding computer science major who displays a passion for computer science and academic discipline or extracurricular activity with an interest in an emerging software engineering discipline. Brian Lyons '87 had a distinguished career as a leader and innovator in software development practices and methodologies. He was founder and chief executive officer of Number 6 Software before he passed away in 2007. |
