The Senior Terps Give Back campaign is a way for members of the class of 2015 to create a lasting legacy by helping fellow Terps. The money raised during this campaign will fund one or more scholarships each year for a Maryland senior who needs scholarship support to make it to graduation. Please consider joining your classmates in contributing $20.15, in honor of your graduation year, to help future seniors have the same opportunities that you have had.
In general, my annual gift to Maryland is to contribute back for the great and inexpensive education I received. The amount I've given since I've graduated (at least 15,000 over 15 years) is not even close to the value of the education I received. Since 2007, my gift represents a living memorial for my mother who passed away then from cancer. While not necessarily direct, maybe my gift will help a student one day find a great discovery that could change lives.
