The Mark and Heather Rosenker Center for Political Communication & Civic Leadership unites research, education and public engagement to foster democratic communication by a diverse people. The bipartisan Rosenker Center sponsors the Voices of Democracy: The U.S. Oratory Project, the Recovering Democracy Archives: Speech Recovery Project and the Political Advertising Resource Center. The Rosenker Center is housed in the Department of Communication, a unit of the College of Arts and Humanities at the University of Maryland.
