Through their will, William L. Crentz and Regina M. Crentz established the William L. Crentz Memorial Endowed Fund in September 1992 to support the William L. Crentz Centennial Chair in Energy Research in the College of Engineering and support the teaching and research of the William L. Crentz Professor.
