Crisis Funding

UMD Student Crisis Fund

The UMD Student Crisis fund is driven by generous donors and provides financial support when a verified crisis has negatively impacted a student's health, safety, well-being, and their ability to continue their education. It is the best option to quickly respond to students in need of financial assistance. Since March of 2020, more than $2.1 million has been distributed to over 4,000 students representing every college and school. Unfortunately, the fund is depleted after each round of emergency assistance and requires constant replenishing.

Keep Me Maryland

Your gift to Keep Me Maryland provides emergency aid to students in circumstances so dire that they're at risk of withdrawing from Maryland.
