Clark Foundation, when fully funded, will include a $100 million endowment for need-based aid to undergraduate students from underserved populations in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. I have two priorities as president: to pursue excellence in everything we do; and establish a more inclusive, multicultural campus. We must be excellent in supporting our students. Our support will propel the pursuit of knowledge and the pursuit of building the next generation of global citizens. These two goals are intrinsically interconnected as inclusive excellence: we can't have one without the other.
